Acting as trusted advisors and passionate advocates, they play a crucial role in maximising our clients’ software usage and extracting the utmost value from our Liberate solution. They also ensure that our clients have a voice in shaping the software to perfectly align with their legal operations.

My role involves liaising with clients, providing guidance and answers to any questions, and supporting them with new functionality within the software. The role has allowed me to develop my knowledge of what our clients need, and I feel I provide valuable feedback which is then utilised in the development process. Client Success Consultants live and breathe our ethos of ‘software with a service’ and from client feedback, the benefits prove invaluable as this is not always offered from other providers.

I joined Linetime as a Client Success Consultant in September 2023, bringing over 4 years’ experience of working as a Customer Success Manager, most notably within the Fintech and Construction Products Industries. Outside of the office, I am a keen tennis and table tennis player, and enjoy going to the gym.
