After training, delivered by individuals with working experience in the legal sector, non-technical users can build/maintain their case management systems using the Designer module of Liberate. This reduces external cost and provides maximum flexibility for future development.
User Workbox - for efficiency and accuracy
Each Liberate case management user is allocated an individual workbox, which contains details of all of their current cases. Tasks are chronologically prioritised and overdue items highlighted as needing immediate attention. Results of automated workflows are shown in the workbox. These include details of auto-produced forms and documents, auto-generated and scheduled tasks, notification of incoming e-mails. All of the information you need - all available from one screen.
