Competition Rules
Please read these rules carefully. If you enter our prize draw we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
You are a UK resident aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Only one entry per person.
No purchase is necessary.
The competition is not open to Linetime employees or members of their immediate family.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or that are not received for any reason.
Competition winners will be the entrant whose entry is drawn first.
The closing date for the competition is Tuesday 25th August 2009.
Winners will be notified by post. The decision of the Managing Director is final and no correspondance will be entered into.
You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Linetime Ltd.
By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity and material as Linetime may require.
Prizes are not transferrable to another person.
No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
The competition is run by Linetime Ltd of Moorfield House, Moorfield Close, Leeds, LS19 7YA.
Linetime reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
Any amended competion rules and/or specific competition rules will be published on the Linetime web site.
By entering the competition you grant Linetime and any third parties appointed for the purpose of organising and/or managing the competition permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of organising and/or managing the competition, for announing the winner of the competition and for related promotional purposes and the right to use your personal information to send you information about their respective products and services that may be of interest to you.
