The Law Society 2007 Software Solutions Guide rates Linetime Number 1
Following on from last year’s success when Linetime was recognised as Number 1 for customer service, the Law Society’s Software Solutions Guide 2007 now rates Linetime as Number 1 Overall across all the various indices of the annual customer satisfaction study.
Produced by independent market research firm Fusion Communications of London, the Guide measures a wide range of the reasons why law firms buy from and stay with individual software suppliers. It provides satisfaction ratings across a variety of vital product and service issues including functionality, degree of innovation, commitment to development as well as quality of training and support.

N.B. The Law Society’s Software Solutions Guide 2007 is based on the results of a telephone based quantitative survey during which took place during September & October 2006. The fieldwork facility used by the research team is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 & BS7911 (MRQSA) and no incentive was offered for taking part in the study. The database of customers was provided to the research team by each of the 16 leading software suppliers that took part in the study.
