Whether you need to produce and despatch an Email, SMS text message, Fax or even Post a letter, Liberate Messenger from Linetime will allow you to do it directly from your desktop. In addition, all such transactions are automatically linked to and logged against the appropriate client matter for future auditing, scrutiny and billing purposes.
Liberate Messenger is an integral part of the Linetime ‘Less-Paper Office’. The objective of Messenger is to provide customers with the ability to communicate easily with their clients and others irrespective of where they are or who they are.
For example, an urgent message to someone on the move can be sent by SMS to their mobile phone, alternatively complex messages and attached documents can be forwarded by email directly to the client’s desktop. Where a signature is required or when the client does not have access to email the documents can be faxed, or even posted – and all from the Liberate users desktop.
While the ability to send SMS messages and Emails has been an integral part of Liberate for sometime, Linetime has recently added automatic faxing to complete the total Liberate Messenger package.
