Seamless Integration with Searchflow via .NET receives Microsoft accreditation

Linetime is the first legal software supplier to receive accreditation from Microsoft for its new NLIS software system under the prestigious and coveted .NET connected programme.
The Linetime NLIS (National Land Information Services) Channel Provider Web Services software, enables users to seamlessly integrate their conveyancing case management systems with Searchflow, one of only 3 NLIS accredited web search providers in the UK.
Although at least one other legal software supplier has attempted to provide such an automatic link to Searchflow, no one has achieved the same level of total seamless integration as Linetime.
As Phil Snee the Linetime Development Director commented, “Not only did we develop this NLIS linking system in .NET we also used the industry standard Pisces XML schema to achieve the best possible level of integration with our Liberate system.”
Simon Coulthurst of Searchflow emphasised the importance of this break through to the future of e-conveyancing and of the government’s push to achieve a more automated and hence more price competitive system of house conveyancing throughout the UK.
He said, “Business automation continues to deliver real benefits to both the lawyer and the client. Searchflow is simply the latest element of this evolutionary process. It enables the user to validate the address of a property, produce a map of the area and highlight all the relevant searches necessary for the particular property transaction in question.
