Linetime launch another product to improve Client Service - CallRouter.NET

While automatic switchboards can often drive clients mad there is some CTI technology (Computer Telephony Integration) that is actually achieving the objective of improving client service and at the same time bringing operational efficiency to the user. 

Linetime launched its latest Liberate.NET module targeting improved Client Service at Legal IT 2005 - CallRouter.NET The way it works is this¡

The client makes a phone call. The call hits the switchboard at which point the client is asked to key in their numeric reference number (case or matter number). As soon as the last digit has been pressed a 'pop-up' appears on the desktop of the appropriate fee earner telling them that they have a call from client X. At the same time the system accesses the case management system so that by the time the fee earner picks up the phone and greets the client 'by name' he or she has all the notes and other relevant case information available on their desktop.

Now that's efficient, that's professional and that's improved client service. All appropriate security checks are automatically prompted with the receiver able to make file notes but not any amendments at this stage.

So CallRouter.NET does what it 'says on the tin'. It allows calls to be "routed" within the firm, and dealt with.

Liberate CallRouter.NET (Pro)

The Pro-version is CTI enabled and is designed to work with a firm's switchboard to intelligently filter the telephone calls, an ideal solution to the problems encountered by many Debt Recovery or Conveyancing Call Centres. The standard version also provides significant benefits for users of manual switchboards.
