Law Society Panel Praise Linetime

The panel of Legal and IT experts responsible for vetting all entries into the Law Society Software Solutions Guide 2005 have confirmed Linetime as one of the major players in the UK legal software market.
Entry into the Law Society Guide is not an easy process as the Panel assess every aspect of the software supplier's business and place particular emphasis on the feedback obtained from the independent survey of its customer base.
The data for this analysis is derived from a telephone survey of the potential entrant's user base, conducted by a separate market research company appointed by and acting on behalf of the Law Society.
Managing Director Tony Klejnow commented,"I'm pleased to say that Linetime received an excellent score in every single question achieving an overall rating of 8.1. It is particularly pleasing to note that scores were consistently well above the industry average in all people-related areas such as product training, technical and post sales support, reflecting the importance Linetime has always placed on customer relations."
As the panel said, "Linetime enter the Guide as one of the most customer focused organisations providing legal software to the profession."
When asked what should Linetime do to improve the supplier relationship 75% replied "Nothing".
The features and benefits of the Linetime Practice and Case Management product Liberate also came in for some significant praise as the panel was quoted as saying: "They were impressed by the MyView. NET access portal, overall both conflict checking and money laundering checks are some of the tightest available, well implemented e-mail integration with Outlook, a good implementation of budget variation analysis."
"They will not sell software without the training schedule they recommend, an approach that the Panel applaud."
"Their market research results are certainly excellent."
