Oxley and Coward Solicitors is the oldest established law practice in Rotherham and is also coincidentally Linetime Limited's oldest customer having formed a working relationship in 1983 when Linetime was established. The practice is essentially a high street firm with a mixture of private and high profile commercial clients based locally and nationally.
Oxley and Coward identified a need to up-grade its accounts and case management system due to recent expansion and success. In particular the volume of personal injury litigation work has increased significantly during the last two years. This has resulted in the practice re-affirming its belief in Linetime by up-grading to Liberate - Linetime's integrated accounts and case management module.
Peter Hedley, Oxley and Coward’s practice manager comments: "The practice was established in 1791 and successive partners have ensured the continual development and growth of the practice. To maintain the high standard of work within the practice, whilst delivering an effective and efficient service, continued investment in people and technology is vital. Whilst we have been with Linetime for 20 years and have a successful relationship with them we still looked at the marketplace and found that Liberate was competitive with other systems available and was the best value. We also felt data conversion would be simpler with this system."
