DEBT RECOVERY DEPARTMENT UPGRADES TO DEBTIME SQL

Clarke Willmott and Clarke, a leading firm in the south west of England, has placed an order with Yeadon based Linetime Limited for the recently launched specialist debt recovery system, DebtimeSQL.
With expanding offices in both Bristol and Taunton Clarke Willmott and Clarke is a general legal practice with a number of specialist departments. Its large debt recovery department is an existing user of Linetime's original Debtime software.
Jane Dunlop, head of Clarke Willmott and Clarke's debt recovery department comments: "During the ten years we have been using Debtime we have continually up-graded the system as the needs of our clients and the business as a whole have changed.
"Any software becomes outdated in time and we were conscious that we needed to invest again to ensure that our clients received the service they have come to expect from us. We made a wish list of all the things we wanted from a software system which included, to mention just two, the ability to have multiple defendants on one file and, very importantly, the ability to handle a wide range of debts."
The practice wrote to many suppliers and was impressed by what Linetime had to offer. Debtime SQL is built using the most advanced SQL database methodologies and is suitable for high or low volume/value debt recovery. The software features comprehensive interest calculations including statutory interest, simple contractual, variable bank interest rates, monthly interest and also late payment of commercial debt.
