EXISTING USER MIGRATES TO LIBERATE

14th March 2002

Yeadon based Linetime Limited, one of the leading suppliers of technological solutions for the legal profession. has received an order from Middlesbrough based practice Punch Robson, for its recently launched Liberate accounts and conveyancing case management software.

Punch Robson is an existing customer of Linetime's UNIX character based accounts system as well as the company's Context conveyancing system. These systems run independently and Punch Robson took the decision to migrate over to the Liberate integrated option in order to become more efficient.

Senior partner Alan Mottram comments: "Being SQL and Windows based the Liberate system is more powerful and easier to operate. The accounts module is a modern, comprehensive system that incorporates a full ledger set with aged debtor, forecasting and budgeting modules and integration with industry standard reporting.

"The integrated software also gives the advantage of being able to run the two pieces of software concurrently. For instance, when we open up a conveyancing case, the relevant accounts are also brought up."

Punch Robson has two offices in the area and the software supports 50 users.
