Addressing specialist and Linetime Partner, AFD Software is providing a free service which is saving law firms thousands of pounds on postage.
Firms upload all their postal and DX contact address data to the secure, Law Society endorsed service. It is typically returned with double the number of accurate DX addresses. Wrong, outdated or non-existent DX addresses are corrected or marked for deletion.
The cost to send documents via DX is up to 30% less than via Royal Mail. The savings soon add up.
Following the DX cleanse, firms also receive a free address data health check which provides an understanding of the issues found within the postal address data and an indication of how much of this can be automatically corrected using AFD Refiner.
