The Importance of Data Migration.

If you are considering switching from your existing legal software supplier you should not overlook a critical element in the process - the conversion of your existing data to run in the new system.
Your firm will have collected an enormous amount of data over the years, data that has real value both for retrospective analysis and audit requirements, as well as being a wealth of information for future marketing purposes.
When the day comes for you to upgrade your existing software system how you propose to handle this legacy data is equally as important as the choice of software and its supplier.
