Shortly after investing in Liberate B2C (the client web access portal from Linetime) Newcastle-based practice Hay & Kilner are able to report an average of 150 ‘hits’ per day with an associated  decrease in in-bound client queries of 75%.

The major benefits realized by implementing the Liberate B2C product, which is available as an add-on to Liberate Case Management, Matter Management and Debt Recovery systems are savings in staff time and an improvement in service level for all clients.

Using Liberate B2C end-user clients, whether referrers, volume business introducers or private clients are able to securely access their case details, review case information, view documents and scanned images, as well as submit questions and new instructions (singly or in bulk).

User access to case details is handled directly by Hay & Kilner using a separate Administrator Utility and all data reviewed is encrypted for further security.

As the product is web-based and accesses the live Liberate database ‘up-to-the minute’ case details are available to clients 24/7.
