Specialist Mortgage Possession practice turns to Liberate SE

Mortgage possession work is by its very nature complex to process, costly to administer and invariably subject to intricate client reporting & billing requirements.
When a UK legal practice specialising in providing a complete mortgage possession service (including follow on sale) to a major finance house decided to increase their business volume and improve existing working practices, they found that the current in-house developed system was not only incapable of 'scaling' in line with the growing demand but was also limited in flexibility.
Having reluctantly decided to replace its incumbent system, the practice (who for competitive reasons cannot be named) examined the legal software market for available solutions. After much deliberation, it was decided that the firms immediate and long term needs were best satisfied by implementing Linetime's latest case management system Liberate Signature Edition (SE).
Liberate SE (a 100% .NET and Microsoft SQLServer development) offered the users many advanced facilities including multiple case access, interruption management, team working and task re-allocation. Importantly Liberate SE included a library of standard mortgage possession screen layouts, workflows and documents. Having these available enabled the system to be 'up and running' in a fraction of the time that would be taken by the other proposed systems.
Customisable client reporting will be provided by the in-built Liberate Report Generator and the intricate billing requirements that are part and parcel of mortgage possession casework comfortably handled by the Billing Wizard feature within the integrated Liberate Legal Accounting module.
