Berwins Solicitors has teamed up with Legal IT experts Linetime to develop a new generation of Linetime's case management system which will improve efficiencies within legal practices,
Liberate Express from Linetime was delivered to Berwins for stringent testing, with the Harrogate-based solicitors running the product in real time legal environments, working in tandem with Linetime to develop it in further key areas to meet the needs of a busy legal team.
The system acts as a full-service platform for legal practices, allowing full document control and ensuring all parties are up to date on the progress of a case. The system also allows for different media formats to live alongside each other.
Liberate integrates with Microsoft Outlook to provide a tailored service to law firms which don’t require the full-enforced structure of traditional systems while providing the full advantages of professional Case Management.
Meanwhile, Liberate Express provides a time-keeping and billing service to ensure clients receive a value service and tracks user efficiency measured against agreed service levels.
