Making the most of individual skill sets within the practice and the effective balancing of workload throughout the practice is vital in any well run organisation. For practices operating in a volume environment it is especially critical.
‘SE Supervisor’ allows users to build ‘virtual teams’ of case workers and allocate cases to these teams, or individuals within the team, based on current workload and skill base. Using ‘SE Supervisor’ team managers can see who is currently logged on, when they logged on, their current task and their total workload. If a bottleneck is detected then work (either complete cases or tasks within cases) can be re-allocated using the ‘team-trees’ structure held in the system. Recipients of work transferred are notified by a system generated e-mail and all transfers are audit-trailed.
