The new Access Management capability within Liberate SE includes ‘Wrap Around’ and ‘Silent Mode’ time recording. In ‘Wrap Around’ mode users can have any number of clocks available for immediate use, with the restriction that only one can be ‘active’ at any one time. These clocks can be set to start automatically at the beginning of all major processes, maximising billable time and ensuring accurate and efficient time capture. User clocks are also made available to Microsoft Outlook allowing time capture whilst processing incoming e-mails.
‘Silent Mode’ time recording monitors and records overall system usage as well as tracking access at both individual user and case level. The statistics gathered provides firms with details on activity levels of users and teams, and useful information regarding security and data/case access. ‘Silent Mode’ also allows users to set up ‘Private’ cases only accessible by designated users. This is extremely useful when working on high-profile cases, or cases holding sensitive data.
