With over 80 staff operating from 6 offices throughout the region the firm combines estate agency, financial services and legal services into a true ‘one-stop-shop’ offering.
To continue, and improve, levels of customer service the firm have embarked on a major overhaul of their IT infrastructure which will see computing power added both centrally and at desktop level. The upgrade, which includes supply of the latest Microsoft versions of Windows, Exchange Server and SQLServer, will be carried out by a joint project team from Gordon Brown Associates and Linetime Limited.
Peter Wignall (Executive Chairman, Gordon Brown Associates) comments: ‘It is a fact that the last twelve to eighteen months have been difficult for everyone, including the legal sector. However, we are experiencing a growth in demand for our services and the IT upgrade will ensure we continue to offer the levels of service our clients deserve and have come to expect’.
