Interestingly, all three companies already had case management systems installed in some areas but decided that, to service the needs of their debt recovery departments and more importantly their clients, a specialist solution was required. The incumbent case management systems just did not have the core debt processing functionality required and extensive/expensive modifications would have been required to bring them ‘up to spec’.
