Kenneth Bush Solicitors have been servicing the East Anglian community for over 70 years, delivering a wide range of legal services (Civil & Criminal Litigation, Wills, Trust & Probate, Property) from four offices throughout the region.
The practice remit has always been to use technology to maximise individual productivity and practice efficiency, whilst retaining the caring personal service and relationships that Kenneth Bush clients value and have come to expect throughout the years.
To achieve their efficiency goals Kenneth Bush first invested in Linetime software technology in 1990, installing Linetime's practice accounting (Practice II) and case management systems (Context). These systems have served the practice well, so when the time came to change Jonathan Eales (Managing Partner, Kenneth Bush) had no compunction in selecting software from the same supplier.

The practice is to instal integrated legal accounting and case management systems from the Microsoft SQLServer based Liberate range and will at the same time upgrade their hardware platform. The project also includes data conversion from the current products - an important and often overlooked aspect of any project. To provide their clients with online access to their own case details Kenneth Bush will at the same time instal the Liberate B2C web access portal.
