The Council of Mortgage lenders reported recently that their members (banks, building societies and other lenders) undertook 27,100 claims for possession – a massive increase on the 2004 figure of 8,200.
A manual claim possession has a mandatory fee of £150.00, when submitting the claim electronically this fee us reduced to £100.00, a saving to your client of 33%. Users of Linetime case management and debt recovery systems can now offer their clients PCOL compliance, with the resultant savings.
