Do you really want to put skilled collectors onto the mundane task of entering thousands of transactions when they could be engaged in more worthwhile, and more profitable, tasks? Do you want to authorise costly overtime? Should you hire temporary data-entry staff, and risk service quality?

Simply ask your client to supply the debt transactions in an electronic file and they will be loaded automatically into the debt recovery system, using just one of the 9 options in the Liberate Data Import Suite. You do not even need to ask the client to submit their data in a specific format as the Linetime solution includes a sophisticated ‘Field Mapper’ utility. Just map the data once and re-use the map every time that client sends you data. It could not be simpler!
Debts can be entered as single LBA amounts or broken down into individual invoice lines, and (if required) different interest rates applied to each invoice line. The system can even decide the first action you need to take when debts are received from a client. You could receive 1000 debts on a file, have them loaded into Linetime’s specialist debt recovery system, apply interest if applicable and generate 1000 LBA’s – with virtually no human intervention! Our most successful clients are using this method of working and enjoying very high caseload per operator ratios.
