PM Law Group, the Sheffield based specialists in Personal Injury, Uninsured Loss Recovery, Industrial Disease, Conveyancing and Employment Law has recently invested in two state of the art Liberate.NET products from Linetime, the Leeds based legal software house. Operating on a national basis from offices in Sheffield and Maidenhead, PM Law profess a genuine customer focus as shown by their investment in Linetime’s Practice Management and new Case Management.NET system and Liberate B2C Case Tracking System which extends the comprehensive functionality of the Liberate Case Management system into the client's own premises.
Via a secure online Internet connection Liberate B2C users are able to submit and receive instructions and review individual cases and matters remotely. This ensures that the client is always provided with an up-to-the-minute, real-time view without having to make a single phone call. Liberate B2C also allows "bulk referrers" to view details of all of their client's transactions. Client service is improved and fewer interruptions means Fee Earners quickly become more productive.
To further improve their overall practice management PM Law will be making full use of all the embedded features of Liberate.NET including the full complement of user-definable graphs, reports and Key Performance Indicators, all of which are dynamically updated from the central practice database providing partners and managers with a real-time view of their firm’s business.
