As reported on the Largo web site: ‘From the 28th February 2008 Liberate / DebtimeSQL will be online via our upgraded website and all clients and referrers will be able to access the system to view notes and the status of their accounts via a secure extranet at anytime, from anywhere.
Clients can obtain their own reports via the extranet or receive them by automated schedules, receiving the information they want, when they want and in the format they want. Alternatively they can be updated via email or SMS text.
We are expecting the process of work throughout the whole Pre-Legal and Legal system to improve enormously. Pre-Legal fee earners will be able to concentrate less on administration and more on debt collection improving the rates of Pre-Legal collection success.
