Press Release November 2006
22nd November 2006
Linetime has achieved something that all companies strive for, but few achieve.
Linetime recognised many years ago that striving for and maintaining a high level of customer service, coupled with the latest state of the art software should encourage the majority of customers to remain loyal and stay with them when the time came to upgrade.
Three recent deals in the North of England have proven that this philosophy works, as three well established law firms based from the Irish Sea to the North Sea and from the heights of the Pennines, decide to stay committed to their IT business partner, Linetime.
Percy Hughes & Roberts of Birkenhead, Burr Sugden of Keighley and Grange Wintringham of Grimsby are the latest in a long line of customers who believe Linetime’s Liberate suite of software meets all their immediate and future technology requirements.
These three new sales provide further evidence of the loyalty shown by Linetime customers to the company’s development of state of the art legal software and its continued commitment to high quality customer training and overall service and support.
The fact that the company is Number 1 in the 2006 Customer Satisfaction Index of The Law Society’s Software Solutions Guide obviously helped to confirm that they had made the right choice.
Percy Hughes & Roberts has been a Linetime customer for many years, however as one would imagine in these days of extreme competition within the legal software market, they took a long time examining the current legal software market before deciding to upgrade their Linetime Practice II system and invest in the Liberate suite of Practice and Case Management software as the most functional and cost effective on the market.
Grange Wintringham likewise had been using the Practice II system for many years. In fact both customers had been using this system since being upgraded from their original Olivetti magnetic card based machines many years previously.
Grange Wintringham, like the majority of modern law firms, invested a significant amount of effort examining what the current legal software market had to offer, using all the information that is now freely available from many sources including the web and the Law Society’s Software Solutions Guide. The result was that they came to the same conclusion as their Lancashire cousins and decided upon Linetime’s Liberate Case Management and Conveyancing system.
Burr Sugden of Keighley is the third of these long-term and committed Linetime customers that have chosen Liberate as their preferred legal software system. As with the other two customers, Burr Sugden decided that if the Law Society survey voted Linetime Number 1 for Customer Satisfaction and if their software was fully functional, user friendly and is under continual development, why change?
In addition to the functionality and quality of both the software and the company itself, Burr Sugden and the others were impressed by the growing number of ancillary products within the Liberate software portfolio such as Liberate on-line, MyView.NET and Express. These added value products further prove Linetime’s commitment to providing customers with products that deliver real benefits, improving business efficiency and hence profitability.
